I'd use it to layout all our DIY paper components, to keep track of expenses, to-do lists and everything else cluttering my desk right now!
ReplyDeletewhat a nice offer! I wish I had a MAC!!!!
ReplyDeleteBest of luck and thanks for the email Kristin...
If I won office for mac, the main thing I'd use it for (unfortunately) would to be able to work from home!
ReplyDeleteI currently struggle with Google Docs, and usually have to go to work on my day off to complete bits and pieces.
With office 2008 at home, I'd be able to get things done easier, and then I could spend more time with my girlfriend!
(p.s. Just don't let her know I was reading Bridal Buzz... I don't want to give her any ideas just yet!
First time I've been to your blog! Lovely! I could SOOOO use office! TextEdit just doesn't cut it for letterhead documents...and photoshop is meant for graphics.... :) Oh I so need this!
ReplyDeleteI definitely need this!! It's so frustrating that Macs don't come with Microsoft Office.
ReplyDeleteI would use Word to complete my handmade Save-the-Date maps, and the invites and programs I am DIM-ing to save money.
I need Entourage to keep track of guest contact info, my bridemaids' schedules, and the itinerary for the wedding weekend. (Google Calendar is fine, but limited)
I need Excel for my guestlist tracker, gift/thank you spreadsheet, and budget tracker (Google Docs is a decent free app, but no where near as good as Excel).
And I need Powerpoint for the embarrasing slideshow of photos for the reception!
I would love love LOVE to have Microsoft Office on my Mac! I would use the applications in my photography business: helping me with contracts, invoices, spreadsheets for tax purposes, etc! The options are endless! Great giveaway! I totally hope I win!! :)
ReplyDeleteFirst time to your blog and I find this give-away! I would love to use microsoft office to coordinate the weddings I shoot, slide shows, and the international humanitarian journalism work that I do. Off wedding season I use part of my earnings to help in humanitarian photography projects. I recently returned from working on a story about a 9-year-old rape victim in the Congo and jumped right back into shooting engagements and weddings. I haven't even had time to finish my new business cards or letterhead. Microsoft Office would help me get all this organized and be more efficient so I can spend less time on the computer and put more energy into shooting beautiful weddings and helping more people too who are in need. I'm big on passing on the love and paying it forward.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the thoughtful and great give away!
Hi Kristin! It's Le'Trice Penn :-)
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome give away and right on time for me as I have been considering purchasing it for my own MAC. I could really really use this software b/c mostly all of my clients send me microsoft word and excel files, so I always have to convert them over to the generic versions of the software that I currently have. I regret not buying the microsoft software instead when I first purchased the computer. The software would definitely make my life easier and streamline a lot of the current file converting I have to do. Thanks for this great give away....my fingers are crossed!!
